Data Safety

ContactGraph stores contacts and card photos on your device and gives you controls to delete them.

Local Contact Deletion

ContactGraph does not require an account. Contacts live in a local JSON file and the card photos sit beside it in the app documents area, so deleting them on the device deletes them everywhere the app keeps them.

How to delete your saved contacts

1

Open ContactGraph and go to the Contacts tab

2

Open a contact and choose Delete contact to remove it and its card images

3

To remove everything, open Settings

4

Select Clear all contacts and confirm in the prompt

This action becomes permanent

Clearing contacts permanently removes them and their saved card images from that device and cannot be undone. Export a vCard or ContactGraph bundle first if you want to keep a copy.

Saved Contacts

Names, titles, organizations, departments, industries, emails, phones, socials, tags, and notes.

Card Images

Business-card photos and any detected logo crops stored in the app documents directory.

Graph And Insights

Relationship edges and insight totals disappear with the contacts, because they are always recomputed.

On-device by default

Browsing contacts, the relationship graph, and the insights all work offline because everything is computed locally. The only online step is card scanning, which sends the card image to Gemini through Firebase AI Logic. Without a connection you can still add contacts by hand.
