Data Safety
CrewTab stores bill history on your device and gives you controls to delete it.
Local Bill Deletion
CrewTab does not require an account for bill history. Saved bills are stored locally on the device in the app documents area. You can delete individual bills from History or clear every saved bill from Settings.
How to clear all saved bills
Open the CrewTab app and go to Settings
Scroll to the Data section
Select Clear all bills
Confirm Delete all in the prompt
This action becomes permanent
The app confirmation explains that clearing all bills permanently deletes every saved bill from that device and cannot be undone.
Saved Bills
Restaurant or receipt names, bill items, totals, tax, service charge, and history records.
Crew Entries
Names added to bills and each person’s assigned item shares.
Analytics Data
Day, month, and year totals derived from locally saved bills.
On-device by default
Bill history works offline because saved bills are stored locally. Receipt text may be sent to the AI parser only when AI parsing is configured and used for receipt extraction.
