Data Safety

Your runs live on your phone, back up to your account, and can leave in a standard format any time.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete individual runs from history at any time, and delete your whole account along with the data synced to it. Because Palsprint is local-first, deleting the app removes the local database as well.

How to export and delete

1

Open Palsprint and go to Profile

2

Open Settings and find the Account section

3

Export first if you want a copy — every run leaves as GPX or TCX

4

Choose Delete account and confirm in the prompt

This action is permanent

Deleting your account removes your runs, pals, eggs and awards from the device and the server, and cannot be undone. Export as GPX or TCX first if you want to keep your history.

Runs And Routes

Every recorded run, its GPS trace, splits, place, weather and saved routes.

Pals And Eggs

Hatched pals, banked egg kilometres, coins, streaks and earned awards.

Profile And Account

Display name, email, friend code, friendships, and your synced server rows.

Local-first by design

Runs are written to a local SQLite database before anything reaches the network, so the app records a run in a forest, underground, or anywhere with no signal.

Your data can leave

Any run exports as GPX or TCX for Strava, Garmin Connect or anywhere else, so nothing you record is locked inside Palsprint.
